The one address that works
Everything routes through [email protected]: grade corrections, access updates, requests to reuse a figure, and corrections to a translation. We read everything and reply to anything that touches safety, access or factual accuracy.
The address is forwarded through our domain registrar and is not used for marketing. We do not sell, rent or share it.
What to include
For a correction, include the crag page URL and, if you can, the exact sentence or route row that is wrong. For access changes, include the date the change took effect and the authority that made it.
We do not accept guest posts, link insertions or paid route placements. Enquiries of that kind are not answered.
Response times
Safety and access corrections are usually handled within a few days. General corrections and translation fixes are batched into the next content revision, which happens roughly monthly.
We are a small independent project and we do not run a support desk.
